Welcome to Macvilla India. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Status of Macvilla India

• Macvilla India is not an authorized Apple reseller.

• We are an independent reseller offering certified pre-owned Apple MacBooks and iPhones.

• Products sold by Macvilla India are not directly supported by Apple, but we provide a 6-month limited warranty.All Apple devices (MacBook, iPhone) sold by Macvilla India are pre-owned, tested, and certified.

• Devices are categorized as Grade A/B, based on cosmetic and functional condition.

• Each product undergoes a 40+ point quality check.

2. 6-Month Limited Warranty

• All products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

• Covers: hardware issues, software malfunctions.

• Excludes: physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear & tear (battery, ports, etc.).

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with valid invoice and IMEI/Serial number.

• Claims require unboxing video and clear evidence of the issue.

3. Returns & Replacements

• Returns only accepted for defective products reported within 7 days of delivery.

• A working unboxing video is mandatory for return eligibility.

• Upon verification, product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at Macvilla’s sole discretion.

• No returns on buyer’s remorse, minor scratches, or cosmetic wear.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all personal data is removed before sale or return.

• Do not remove IMEI/serial stickers.

• Keep invoice and unboxing video safe for any future claim.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Macvilla India is not liable for data loss or damages during transit or use.

• Maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the product.

7. Delivery & Shipping

• Products are dispatched within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

• Delivery time depends on your location and logistics partner.

• In case of shipping damage, unboxing video is required for claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of [Your State/Court Name], India.

• Governed by Indian Law under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Changes to Terms

• Macvilla India reserves the right to update these Terms anytime.

• Continued use of our website means acceptance of updated terms.
